I can't log-in

If you're unable to log in due to an issue with your phone number or another problem


    Option 1:

  1. Go to https://remindmebytext.freshdesk.com/support/home and click submit a ticket
  2. For the requester put email and fill out the rest of the info then click submit
  3. We will respond within 24-48 hours
  4. You can keep track of your tickets with the tickets button as well if you are logged in

    Option 2:

  1. Email support@remindmebytext.com with your phone number, a description of the issue, and the subject line "Log-in Issue"
  2. We will respond within 24-48 hours
