If your having problems and need support

    Option 1:

1. Go to https://remindmebytext.freshdesk.com/support/home and click submit a ticket.
2. For the requester put your email and fill out the rest of the info then click submit.
3. We will respond within 24-48 hours.
4. You can keep track of your tickets with the tickets button as well if logged in.

    Option 2:
